RESEARCH
RESEARCH PROPOSAL:
Since we were doing this project t for NIO's Clients. most of them are in China and we are in the UK, I made this research proposal to design similar user groups for
human-centric research.
By deepening in chating with or observing ideal interviewees, I got lots of insights.
To figure out user's real needs, I redefined the deeper questions hides in their behaviors.
After comparing 3 choicen concepts from usibility, brand value and viability, the briefcase design shows more potentials.

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
In China, it’s very common to bring work out of the office, the majority of Chinese office workers are having a “996 working hour system”.
There is a long journey of carrying the briefcase in and out everday.
If a person work for 35 years, he or she will
waste 67days, 1610 hours
on packing for work.
User Workshops
To figure out a perfect layout of the briefcase and confirm that the ideas do work for the real users, I did a pop-up workshop in Holborn where lots of office workers are.
